Candy Table
A Candy Table makes the perfect substitute for a cookie table or the ideal favor! You may bring in your own candy and we will provide the rest, including table, containers, and scoops (includes rental fee). We can also provide candy to match your décor. Prices vary with type of candy.
Gourmet Dessert Table
All of your favorite desserts on one table for you and your guests to enjoy! Assorted Cakes, Pies, Cookies, and Dessert Shooters
Vanilla Yogurt or Ice Cream Sundae Bar
Wow your guests with your very own Yogurt or Ice Cream Sundae Bar! This is surely a treat your guests are guaranteed to love! Toppings include Chocolate Syrup, Caramel Sauce, Sprinkles, Candy Pieces, Whipped Cream, and Maraschino Cherries. Add a second flavor of Yogurt or Ice Cream for an additional $1.00 per person.
Signature Drink
This unique touch is sure to keep your guests talking for years to come! Let us create a special signature drink that reflects your personality. Includes a framed display of the name of your drink and all necessary garnishes.
Assorted Individual Bread Baskets
Each table will have their own basket of assorted Artisan Bread with our infused olive oil for dipping and hot peppers & oil.
S’more Bar
Everyone loves a s’more! Rain or shine this is a fun and unique experience for you and your guests to enjoy. For an added cost, add your favorite chocolate for a gourmet s’more bar that’s sure to be the talk of the event!
Chair Covers
White chair covers with your choice of in-stock sash (Fuchsia, Eggplant , Navy Blue, White, Baby Pink, Black, Silver, Burnt Orange, & Blue).
Black and ivory chair covers with in-stock sash (additional cost per chair).
Ivory, black or white Spandex chair covers (additional cost per chair).
We can also order any color sash to match your décor for an additional $0.75 per sash.

Trying to create a beautiful atmosphere on a budget? We have lovely centerpieces available.
Baked Potato, Mashed Potato, Macaroni & Cheese, or Pasta Bar
Treat your guests to a unique side that’s sure to wow any crowd! Choose between Mashed Potatoes, Baked Potatoes, or Pasta and leave the rest up to us. We will provide all the delicious toppings to pile on top! (See One of Our Event Planners for a List of Toppings & Sauces)
Uplighting and/or Monogram Projection
Lighting Services allow you to bring the colors, textures and excitement of your dreams to life at your special event. You can choose from an unlimited palette of colors to enhance the mood of your reception. The all-inclusive, turnkey lighting solutions offer you the brilliance of color, the texture of projected patterns and the one-of-a-kind flair of custom monogram projection.
Individual Antipasta Platter
Each table will have their own Antipasta Platter complete with a variety of meats, cheeses, and crackers.
Individually Served Salads
Your choice of salad served to your guests individually. This is a great personal touch to add to a buffet dinner.
Pellegrino Water
Each table will receive two bottles of Pellegrino Water accompanied by lemon and lime slices for your guests to enjoy.

This may seem like a tiny detail, but it goes a long way. We will customize the menu cards to match your décor perfectly and give your tablescape that extra pop of color. Guests can see what will be served, and you can personalize a message that is received right in the hands of your guests.

A cookie table is a famous Youngstown tradition, why not make it beautiful? This package includes your choice of colored up-lighting and decorative votives.

Looking for a chic outdoor space to add to your event? Add a Tented Lounge! It’s the perfect space for your guests to catch some fresh air and relax. The Lounge comes with Cocktail Tables, Portable Bar, Decorative Lighting, and Leather Furniture.

Looking to add a little glam to your event? Add our gorgeous Chandelier Lighting Package. Half Hall and Whole Hall packages are available. Please discuss pricing with your event coordinator.
Outdoor Ceremony Package
Add the convenience of having your ceremony and reception all at one venue. Set up a beautiful ceremony on our patio, complete with white garden chairs and a glass of chilled lemonade for 50 of your guests.
Gathered Lamour Satin Skirting
Available in white, ivory, champagne and black. It’s a perfect complement to either your head table (maximum of 10 guests) or a circular cake table.
